Lidwine Carême IT Developer at Multios, I'm mainly in charge of :

- Learning the technical basics and programming languages

- Management of technical specifications for various projects

- Web application development

- Optimizing our existing solutions

Experience and training :

After 7 years as a nursery nurse, I decided to move into the field of web development. I followed an intensive 10-month training course at Becode, which completely transformed my professional vision. It gave me a renewed taste for learning, and opened up horizons that once seemed inaccessible.

Before that, I had also studied in the social field, while working in a variety of student jobs, notably in support for the elderly and at HORECA. These experiences enabled me to develop my organizational skills and empathy, essential qualities for understanding users' needs as a developer.

- Organization, an asset for project management
- Curiosity, essential to progress in the universe IT that's constantly evolving

In different fields, I was able to adapt quickly and move up to positions of responsibility, integrating quickly into new environments.

What I like best about my job :

The discovery! 

Every day, I'm amazed by what I learn behind the scenes in IT. Understanding what goes on behind the screen fascinates me, especially as IT is so much a part of our lives.

Career aspirations :

I'd like to contribute to projects that make everyday life easier for companies, especially in a world where we're often overloaded. Being able to create solutions that bring real added value would be a great source of satisfaction for me.
