HR and NSSO on the move!

What you need to know :

Reminder since January 1, 2024: Reporting system, an alert channel for greater transparency

Following the transposition of a 2019 European directive, companies with more than 50 workers must now set up an internal whistleblowing channel, an obligation already in force for those with more than 250 workers. What is a whistleblower and how does it affect you?

  • Definition of a whistleblower: A whistleblower is a person who reports legal violations in a professional context. For companies with more than 50 employees, this can be done anonymously, offering protection against reprisals.
  • Who can report: The channel is open to employees and can be extended to other parties (self-employed, shareholders, etc.). Reports can concern a variety of areas, from public procurement to tax fraud.
  • Whistleblower protection: Measures are in place to protect whistleblowers from reprisals, with penalties for non-compliance. At Multios, we have integrated a dedicated space in the workers app of our ERP Facteris to facilitate such reporting, ensuring anonymous and secure follow-up.

Check In and Out at Work: Ensuring Safety and Compliance

From April 1, 2024, daily attendance recording will be mandatory.

Why this extension, to whom does it apply and what should be registered?

  • Mandatory registration : All individuals in the workplace must be registered, regardless of their status.
  • What to record : Identification data, workplace address, status of the person at the workplace, and arrival, departure and rest times.

For our customers, nothing changes: your workers' registration and time and attendance are already integrated into your Facteris workers' application. We've added an automatic data link to the ONSS, ensuring simplified, compliant management.
