A first partnership in the security sector. Multios is proud to announce its first partnership in the security sector! In November, we decided to massively target the security sector.

Why?

Because it's a sector that matches the strengths of our Facteris ERP :

An ERP solution to manage the entire system (CRM, HR, invoicing, accounting) and precise control of the entire structure. A complex business in terms of personnel planning (our best asset, in all humility). We created our contact files, canvassed, communicated: one month later: first sales contact 🤞.

Early January: bingo, our first babysitting customer, decides to place his trust in us. ProtectorOne becomes a pilot customer for Facteris G (see our solutions page for full details).

During the month of January, we continue to listen and benefit from the business experience of our pilot customer. We then got down to the nitty-gritty with training, needs analysis, specific specifications and programming.

We work day and night at Multios to satisfy our new customer, congratulations to Eric Baroni and Anthony De Luca.

New features include: tracking of customer resources/requests, tracking of specific subcontract invoicing, optimization of planning tools (breaks, interruptions, etc.), automatic invoicing of services, etc.

Verdict at the end of January: ProtectorOne is happy to announce the unthinkable on such short notice. His customers (other security companies) have changed his "trust status". He's now on top just 3 weeks after starting to use Facteris!
