Focus on Multios events for September and October: 

September marks the return of effervescence to the business world, as companies head back to work. After a summer break conducive to reflection and recharging of energies, companies prepare to embrace a new season of opportunities, innovations and challenges. 

September and October see a series of key events, bringing together industry leaders, ambitious entrepreneurs and creative minds. These gatherings are an opportunity to celebrate past successes, exchange innovative ideas and chart a course for the future. 

In this article, we dive into the exciting world of back-to-school business, exploring the major events that shape the strategies, collaborations, moments of relaxation between our team members (because we need them) and aspirations of Multios' economic players.

Presentation evening for BNI La Louvière and Raal at Van Der Valk in Nivelles :

Multios recently took part in a convivial evening co-hosted by the RAAL and the BNI de la Louvièreheld at the prestigious Van Der Valk Nivelles-Sud. At the heart of this exceptional event, RAAL gave a detailed unveiling of its future project for the Tivoli stadium, offering an exclusive perspective to attendees. 

For its part, BNI shared its ambitious goals for the new year, promising an exciting period of growth and collaboration. The evening was enlivened by the exciting voice of the soccer world, Pierre-Alexis Matton.

Linsay Leroy as well as Eric Baroni, actively participated in the event, engaging in stimulating discussions with various members of the audience. We are delighted to have shared this enriching experience with our partners, and look forward to continuing to build bridges towards a prosperous future.

The evening unfortunately ended on a sombre note with the BELGIUM-SWEDEN match, marked by a tragic interruption due to a new attack in Brussels. Our heartfelt thoughts go out to the victims and their families at this difficult time ❤️.

Wallonia Innovation Tour organized by Geoffroy josquin :

An event to which Linsay Leroy and Eric Baroni had the privilege of participating. The evening was hosted by the talented Maureen Louysa well-known figure in the RTBF at SAGA Mercedes-BE in Nivelles. This experience was a real source of inspiration for those of us who aspired to shape our professional future.

Michael Aguilar invited us to rethink our approach to "making" a difference. We explored how to be unique to stand out in a competitive world. Being first is good, but being the only one to offer something exceptional is even better.

We took part in this captivating evening, broadening our horizons and discovering how innovation can be the catalyst for our entrepreneurial success. 

The Wallonia Innovation Tour gave us the opportunity to turn our ideas into concrete action and build an ambitious professional future.

CCI Wapi Garden Party: 

Linsay Leroy, Anthony De Luca and Eric Baroni had a great time at the Garden Party of the CCI Wapi - Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Wallonia Picardy, which took place in the idyllic setting of Your Nature Eco Resort Belgium.

The event kicked off with speeches imbued with humanity, testifying to CCI Wapi's deep commitment to the business community and its desire to foster genuine relationships. The words were delivered with a sincerity that captivated the audience, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Our sincere thanks to CCI Wapi for orchestrating this memorable evening. The Garden Party resonated as a celebration of entrepreneurial dynamism, underlining the importance of collaboration and conviviality in the business world.

A civic commitment to new entrepreneurs 

Visit Wallonia Business Network continues to be a crucial pillar for entrepreneurial development, thanks to its community of over 200 experienced business leaders who generously share their knowledge with new entrepreneurs. 

Today, over a hundred prizewinners benefit from this personalized support, receiving essential advice to help them grow.

Eric Baroni and Linsay Leroy are actively involved in the Réseau Entreprendre and regularly take part in the selection and monitoring committees for the various prizewinners in the Mons/Charleroi and Wallonie Picarde regions. They also attended a WE Entreprendre (transmission and growth) in Liège. A new winner(s)/accompanist tandem, highlighting this promising collaboration:

Linsay LeroyManaging Director of Multios, has joined the dynamic tandem of Clément Baert and Florian Laitat (Tall Guys - Creative Agency 📹 ). A collaboration that promises to be rich in strategic advice and exchanges.

This new tandem training program testifies to the ongoing commitment of Multios management to support and accompany the new generation of entrepreneurs.

Conference on AI at Click and organized by Infopole :

An exciting event on artificial intelligence (AI) took place at the Clickorganized by Infopole and featured a number of renowned speakers. Two of our IT developers, Ryan Büttner and Valentin Marriswere privileged to take part in this AI-focused conference.

Multitel represented by Jean Yves Parfait :

  • Explaining the difference between AI, machine learning and deep learning.
  • We are currently in the 3rd wave of AI, boosted by the increased availability of data and computing power.
  • No Strong AI (AGI) yet; we mainly work with Weak AI (ANI).
  • AI has its limitations, and requires large quantities of structured, relevant data.
  • The European AI act will come into force in June 2023.

TIMI :

  • Introducing the history of TIMI.
  • AI is used for commercial aspects, predicting purchase intentions and facilitating product sales.
  • AI can be used for testing, but manual verification is still necessary.
  • The importance of reliable, structured data.
  • Recommendation to consult experts for effective use of AI in business.

Hainaut Développement :

  • Presentation of available support for AI integration, including Digital Walonia 4 IA, Easy Up, Easy Green, Start IA and Tremplin IA.

The conference offered a comprehensive overview of current AI trends, from challenges to opportunities, and highlighted the importance of strategic use of this technology in business. Ryan Buttner and Valentin Marris contributed to enriching this experience through their active participation.

After a development phase devoted to our pilot customer AVILORE CONTAINERSWe are delighted to announce the start of the implementation period, marking the beginning of real-life testing. 

We'll keep you informed in the very near future about the official launch of this new module dedicated to logistics 🤫.

Pink October: 

Some causes are particularly close to our hearts, Think Pink is one 🎀.

Every year in Belgium, 11,000 people are screened and begin their fight against breast cancer ♋🎗.

We're all affected, whether directly or indirectly, and it's important for us to communicate and support the associations!

September and October birthdays: 

Birthday celebrations have been in the spotlight at Multios in recent months, with those of three of our members: Valentin, Margaux and Maxime.

We kicked off the festivities with Valentin Marrisour IT Developer. His role is essential, as he actively participates in the development and choice of technologies at the heart of our Web and mobile solutions. As well as being a dedicated professional, Valentin is a real enthusiast for board games. Behind his calm, introverted exterior lies a real sense of humor.

Then we celebrated the anniversary of Margaux Loiseauour Visibility Manager. Her role is to highlight Multios and its solutions. Margaux stands out for her efficiency, good humor and motivation. We've been delighted to have her on board for the past 6 months.

To round off this birthday marathon in style, we celebrated the birthday of Maxime Vander GotenSolutions developer who recently joined our team. His main role is to liaise between Facteris ERP and our web and mobile applications. Maxime is a dynamic, cheerful person (he's on the right team) and a hard-working professional. We're delighted to have him on board.
