Current position :

Linsay Leroy, CEO and partner at Multios, my main tasks are as follows:

- Follow-up of customer requests: training, consultancy, etc.

Experience and training :

After training as a paramedic in 2005/2006, I began my career working in a hospital environment for 4 years. It was a wonderful human and teamwork experience. It taught me flexibility, professional awareness and the pleasure of sharing. 

At the same time, I took a course in "personnel administration and management", because I wanted a job that would allow me to progress, with rewarding internal and external contacts.

I then briefly worked for the FGTB in the legal department on a replacement contract in 2009.

At the end of 2009, I joined Multios as "support and training manager", where I subsequently held the positions of "sales and customer care manager". 

In 2012, I decided to embark on a Multios consultancy assignment with Proprement Dit SPRL, where I was Chairman of the Works Council and holder of the power of attorney. The objectives of this assignment: growth, management of executive teams, setting up a fluid global organization, securing HR, negotiating and absorbing acquisitions, etc. This assignment was extended under a management mandate from 2013 to 2018.

Experience and training :

The growth achieved in 18 months: from 114 to 720 workers, 30 employees, 14 branches spread from Dour to Namur via Mons, Charleroi, Gerpinnes, etc. The annual sales of 500,000€ were converted into 11,000,000€ annually. A great deal of work has gone into management, drawing up and implementing procedures, training and optimization.

This work was rewarded by the Jury of the "Top Young Manager" of the year 2015 CEO category, of which I was lucky enough to be one of the winners among the CEOs of Luminus EDF (winner), Eneco, Vincipark, Axa Assistance, Delta LLoyd,... A rare award for a sector with a strong social vocation! And a wonderful experience, thanks to an exceptional Jury: Eric Domb (Pairi Daïza), Bruno Colmant (Degroof Petercam, author), Jean-Claude Vandenbosch (JiTM), Jacques Platieau (IBM), Christiane Franck (Vivacqua) and Alain Rainier (founder of Top Manager).

Finally, in 2018 I was able to resume my activities at Multios at 100%, with many projects in the pipeline 🙂
