Siegrid Evlard, Success Manager at Multios, I'm mainly responsible for :

From 1998 to 2002, I worked as an educator in a school environment, where working with children taught me listening skills, patience and conflict management. 7 years later, within the same establishment, I moved on to the position of assistant manager, where I gained experience in socio-legal management, event organization, discretion and organization.
I then joined a Titres-Services company as branch manager, managing a team of 40 household helpers: recruitment, planning, HR, sales follow-up. This first experience in Titres-Services enabled me to develop my management and HR skills. In 2013, all the staff were taken over by Proprement Dit, so I met my future employers, Linsay (manager), and Eric Baroni (shareholder). They quickly put their trust in me and I was promoted to regional manager: supervision of 200 workers and a management team of 5 managers.
Having been used to rather solitary functions in full autonomy, the biggest challenge was to accompany, train and supervise the teams in their objectives and difficulties. In 2017, I was appointed to the position of Operations Manager (750 workers). In this role, I had to manage all the teams, ensure proper organization within the branches, optimize sales and achieve objectives in collaboration with the management staff (HR, finance, etc.), while fostering a positive social climate. These different functions required a great deal of investment, patience, rigor and team cohesion to meet the challenges.
In 2018, the company underwent a change of management and therefore a redistribution of functions, so here I am coaching the consultants.
The Service Cheques sector is often underestimated, but it's an extremely complex business that leaves little room for management approximations and requires constant human management.
These roles have given me an enormous amount both professionally and on a human level, enabling me to develop active listening skills and empathy, and to reconcile the expectations of an employer and its teams. I also learned that as long as you show humility, benevolence, tolerance and "fairness", the company has everything to gain.
This experience has taught me how to create procedures, apply them, train, support and achieve ambitious goals.
In 2022, I'll be joining Multios for a new challenge as Success Manager, a new sector but a function similar to the previous one: support, training, customer care. I believe that my experience in the field and as a Facteris user will be an asset in understanding and serving our customers.
