Multios is committed to processing your personal data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the requirements of the future IA Act European.


This policy applies to all services offered on www.multios.be and www.multios.ai, including software solutions (Facteris, Indigout, TERIS) and business artificial intelligences from the Teris family. Your data is hosted in a secure environment and is never transferred, sold, or shared with unauthorized third parties.

3. Data Collected

We only collect data strictly necessary for our activities:

  • Identification data: name, surname, company, job title

  • Contact information: email, phone, address

  • Internal contacts: operational, administrative, decision-makers

  • Contractual data: purchase orders, invoices, payments

  • Technical data: IP address, access logs, functional cookies, browsing (subject to consent)

  • Business data voluntarily transmitted within our solutions (prompts, documents, instructions, files, etc.)

 
 

4. Security and Hosting

The data is hosted on servers located in France, through our provider OVH, in accordance with the GDPR.

We are implementing strict measures:

  • Encryption of sensitive data

  • Secure authentication, access logs, client segregation

  • Limited access to authorized personnel or contractors under a confidentiality agreement

  • Regular backups, supervision, continuous maintenance

 

5. Access to Tools and Platforms

Access to our tools is governed by contract and requires formal activation:

  • Access is personalized, non-transferable, and password-protected in accordance with cybersecurity standards

The platforms concerned include: Facteris, Indigout, and the Teris Family AI, accessible via our internal platforms and via www.multios.ai.

 

6. Using Data in Our Solutions

Facteris

Secure historical logging of encoded data. Customers with on-premises hosting remain responsible for backups.

Indigout

Data collection related to Industrial safety. Possibility of anonymization or pseudonymization for AI processing.

The Teris family AIs

All of our business AIs are part of the Teris family, whether they are used in our business software or accessible via multios.ai. They are designed to process your data in a personalized, secure, and externally unshared framework.

They do not engage in any secondary use, resale, or cross-training. They strictly adhere to our ActIA ethical charter (human supervision, transparency, traceability, security).

 

7. Data Sharing

Data can only be transmitted to:

  • Multios authorized personnel

  • Contractually supervised technical service providers

  • Competent authorities in case of legal obligation

We never sell your data and do not perform any unjustified processing.

11. Specific Data Related to Security and Geolocation (Dati Solution)

As part of certain security solutions, particularly Dati (when activated by the client), Multios may collect geolocation data and data from terminal sensors, exclusively for the purpose of protecting individuals.

Geolocation 

  • Users' geographic location can be collected with accuracy up to 5 meters, solely for the purpose of:

    • Locate a person in danger.,

    • Facilitate rapid response in case of an alert.

  • This collection takes place:

    • While actively using the application,

    • And in the background, including when the phone is in standby, when strictly necessary for the operation of the security device.

Gyroscope sensor data: 

  • Data from the gyroscope and motion sensors can be collected in the background in order to:

    • Automatically detect risky situations such as a fall,

    • A loss of verticality,

    • Prolonged inactivity that could indicate a dangerous situation.

  • These treatments are automated but integrated within a framework of human supervision, in accordance with the GDPR and the AI Act.

This data:

  • Are used only for people's safety purposes,

  • They are not used for any secondary purpose,

  • Are not resold or used for commercial purposes,

  • Are processed securely and proportionately.

The collection of this data relies on:

  • A legal basis compliant with the GDPR (vital interest and/or contractual obligation),

  • The authorizations and settings defined by the client and end-users.
