We undertake to process your data in accordance with current RGPD legislation. Your personal data is stored in a secure area and is under no circumstances distributed to third parties without your explicit consent.

In concrete terms :

✓ You will be asked to provide only the data required to complete our work:

• Your billing details (name, company number, address, etc.)

• Your operational details

• Contacts (operational, administrative, decision-makers)

• Contact data (telephone, e-mail)

• All the data needed to customize Facteris, Indigout or TERIS

✓ The above data is stored on secure servers managed by Multios. We make every effort to ensure their security (anti-virus, logging, access control, technical maintenance). These servers are hosted in Europe (France) via OVHa supplier also subject to RGPD obligations.

✓ The secure area is strictly accessible our authorized personnel or identified internal subcontractors, subject to a strict confidentiality agreementvia a personal login and a complex password.

✓ At any time, and on the basis of formal proof of your identity and function, you may consult or request the modification of your data, by sending an email to. support@multios.be or by registered mail to our head office (Rue de Mignault 117, 7062 Naast). It may take up to 30 days to process your request.

✓ Legal derogation In the event of a request from a duly mandated judicial authority, or in the event of a proven need to protect our legitimate interests, your data may be transmitted to the competent authorities.

✓ If you feel that your data is not sufficiently protected, report it immediately to support@multios.be. We are committed to analyzing and correcting any potential vulnerability.

Our solutions: 

Our software solutions, Facteris, Indigout, TERIS and their common intelligent foundation ActIAThese solutions integrate personalized data storage and processing mechanisms into a single compliance and transparency :

• Facteris historizes data encoded via the user GUI in a protected database. You are responsible for backing up this data if you opt for local hosting.

• Indigout collect data specific to industrial safety and risk monitoring. These data are anonymized or pseudonymized for AI analysis.

• TERISour customizable AI platform, is designed to respond to your business requests on the basis of your own internal documents or contexts, without ever disseminating this information to the outside world. TERIS operates in compliance with the IA ethical principles defined in our ActIA charter.

• ActIA is our intelligent processing architecture supervising all interactions with the AIs used at Multios. It ensures complete traceability, time-stamped access logsand a strict compliance with authorized perimeters.

All data processed within this framework remain in a secure ecosystem controlled by Multiosno commercial use, resale or unauthorized external transfer.

Access and modifications : 

Access to our tools is defined in the contractual documents or installation forms supplied, completed and signed by you.

✓ Requests for access modifications should be sent to support@multios.be by the decision-making or authorized person.

✓ The accesses are personalized, non-transferable and password-protected in compliance with cybersecurity standards.

Accommodation :

All your tools (Facteris, Indigout, TERIS) and associated documents are hosted in dedicated, partitioned server spaces. Multios offers secure shared server rental, with each entity having its own private space, inaccessible to other entities.

✓ The hosting architecture ensures a clarity of rights by entity and userwith specific directories for each department (HR, Management, Production, etc.).

✓ Common directories (e.g. export files) Sodexo ==> Pluxee) are strictly defined by you, and configured by our teams on the basis of your written request.
