- Your billing details (name, company number, address, etc.)
- Your operational details
- Contacts (operational, administrative, decision-makers)
- Contact data (telephone, e-mail)
- All data required for customized Facteris settings
✓ The above data is stored on a secure server managed by us. We undertake to make every effort to secure your data (anti-virus, secure access settings, technical maintenance of server space). This server is hosted in Europe (France) by OVH, a supplier subject to the same obligations. The entire system complies with standard IT security protocols.
✓ This secure storage area for your data is accessible only by our staff and any identified and formally authorized internal subcontractors subject to a strict confidentiality agreement, this, by means of an individual login and password.
✓ Subject to formal proof of your identity and function, you may at any time consult and modify this data by simple request by email (support@multios.be) or registered mail to our head office (Rue de Mignault 117, 7062 Naast). This is for administrative purposes only.

✓ Derogation: If requested by a duly mandated legal authority, or if necessary to protect the interests of our company, we may provide your personal information.
✓ If you feel that your personal data is not sufficiently protected, please inform us immediately at support@multios.be . We will of course do our utmost to rectify any breach. Facteris is a software package designed for companies and enables you to keep a record of your business activity. The information encoded in the user GUI is recorded in a database stored in a specific directory, which you are responsible for backing up and securing.
✓ Access to Facteris is determined by you in the installation form, which must be returned to us completed and signed.
✓ When changing, deleting or adding access, the request must be sent to us by email on support@multios.be by the official decision-maker or the contact duly mandated for this purpose.
✓ From now on, only your employees who have been formally authorized by you will be able to access Factéris. Access to this area is personal and requires a complex password validated by the usual security protocols.
Facteris and any documents you may need are stored in a secure, dedicated server space. To avoid investing in an in-house server or renting a hosted server, Multios offers secure dedicated server space rental, meaning that the server is shared by several entities with several users.
✓ Your Factéris database and any documents are stored on a secure server managed by us. We undertake to make every effort to secure your data (anti-virus, secure access settings, technical maintenance of server space). These servers are hosted in Europe (France) by OVH, a supplier subject to the same obligations. The entire system complies with standard IT security protocols.
✓ These servers are accessible only by our staff and any internal subcontractors identified and subject to a strict confidentiality contract formally authorized, this, by means of an individual login and password.
✓ The space dedicated to each entity is clearly defined and secure, this space is inaccessible to other hosted entities.
✓ Each user is linked to an entity, which gives him or her predetermined access that can only be accessed via a personal login and password and meets the usual security protocols.
✓ Within a single entity, access to directories can be customized and limited. Usually, we create directories common to all users (Ex: Sodexo export files), common to a specific department (EX: salary files are accessible by the entity's HR only). These directories and security measures must be communicated to our departments in writing.
